The latest in the popular Galaxy S-series, the S24 series' most notable upgrades include the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and integrated AI features. When is the Galaxy S24 series available?
The Galaxy S24 series will officially go on sale starting January 31, 2024. However, as of January 17, 2024, the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra are available for pre-order. The advantage of pre-ordering before January 30, 2024 is the ability to take advantage of a pre-order deal. Of course, if you'd rather shop in person and check out the phone first, then you'll have to wait a few more weeks.
Is the new Galaxy S24 series worth the upgrade?
It can be difficult to decide if upgrading to the latest and greatest model is truly worth the investment, even if you can find a good deal on it. While we've yet to test the new Galaxy S24 series ourselves, based on the tech specs and features, you probably won't observe a huge difference over the Galaxy S23 or S23+. For those with an older Galaxy phone, the new flagship phones will feel like a more noticeable improvement, which might be especially worth it if you take advantage of the free trade-in deals at Verizon and AT&T.
